2024 policies were sent out on March 10th.
Waiver
As legal guardian of my designated student(s) (student(s)), I hereby consent to all student(s) participating in this facility’s program(s). I recognize that potentially severe injuries can occur in any activity involving swimming and physical activity in general. I understand that it is the express intent of all staff and personnel to provide for the safety and protection of my student(s) and, in consideration for allowing my student(s) to use these facilities, I hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE and FOREVER RELEASE this facility, affiliated and partner companies and organizations, property owners and lessors, staff, contractors, subcontractors, teachers, coaches, owners, directors and other members involved in this facility’s program(s), from all liability and for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my student(s) during instruction, supervision, and/or control during any and all classes or extra activities.
I hereby authorize any representative of BCS Swim School to have the above named treated in any medical emergency during their participation in BCS Swim School swimming program.
Billing Authorization Policy
I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.
I hereby authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my ACH draft, or credit card account. I understand weekly lessons are scheduled a month in advance and that my class fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file on the 21st of the month prior. Charges will continue automatically each month until written cancellation notice is provided to BCS Swim, and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es).
If the card on file or ACH is declined, I understand that I am subject to a processing fee of $10. BCS Swim does not make “reminder” phone calls/emails regarding monthly payment. Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
Refund and Cancellations Policy
BCS Swim has a No Refund policy. In-house credit will be offered for cancellations in lieu of refunds. BCS Swim does offer free refunds to active military families for cancelations. Non active military families are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee per student, per class.
Health Notification
I will inform BCS Swim School of any disabilities (physical, mental or learning) or previous traumatic swimming experiences that pertain to my child.
Photo Policy
Photos/videos are taken at BCS Swim and any photos/videos taken of your child(ren) may be used for BCS Swim’s training and marketing purposes. Names will never be used in any promotional materials, on the website or any other media that might make use of the photos or videos. You may request that photos not be taken of your child(ren) by giving notice to BCS Swim School.
Potty Policy
BCS Swim requires all swimmers under the age of 3 to wear A REUSABLE SWIM DIAPER provided by BCS Swim. The first diaper is complementary and additional ones can be purchased in the office. Children over the age of 3 who are not fully potty trained must also wear a BCS Swim approved reusable swim diaper. Disposable swim diapers may not be used. In the event that a child (who does not meet the criteria above) has an accident during their lesson, they will be required to adhere to the potty policy. Length of time to be determined by BCS Swim management.
Reminder to Stay on Premises
I understand that a responsible adult must remain on BCS Swim premises for the duration of my child’s lesson.
